A little over ten years ago four of us decided to start a band and tried really, really hard not to suck. I don‘t know...I guess it could have been worse.

MFS was Jake Joyce-Drums, Rob Santagelo-Bass, Sean Costello-Guitar, and Connor McNerney-Guitar and Vocals

Tracks 1 and 2 were recorded in Jake‘s bedroom in Rolling Meadows, IL on Connor‘s dad‘s office recorder, fall/winter 2002/2003

Tracks 3-5 were recorded by Ben Welzenbach in Arlington Heights, IL, spring 2003

Tracks 6-13 were recorded by Jake at the Gentlemen‘s Tomb/Candy Land Studios in DeKalb, IL , March 2013*

Rob played bass on tracks 1-5 and did gang-vocals on “ADP“, Sean played guitar on tracks 2-5 and did gang-vocals on “ADP“, Jake played drums on all tracks, bass on “On The Porch“, and gang-vocals on “On The Porch“ and “Orb“, Connor played guitar on tracks 1 and 2 and 6-13, bass on tracks 6-8, and 10-13, and did vocals on tracks 2-13. Special thanks to Tim Behrensmeyer for helping with gang-vocals on “On The Porch“ and “Orb.“

*these songs were written in 2002-2004 but were left to collect dust for 10 years, never to be recorded or played live until March 2013 when we finally dug them out and recorded them as is (for the most part).

This release is dedicated to the memory of Papa Tim J. Joyce, R.I.P
